- Our on-page demo runs entirely in your browser. CSV files you drop in are never uploaded to us and never leave your device.

2. Data we collect
- Contact / inquiry data: name, email, and any details you send us (e.g., your category and competitor URLs) when you reply to us or email us. Used only to respond and provide the service.
- Service data: for paid monitoring, the target URLs and SKU mapping you supply, plus the captured price/stock snapshots used to generate your reports.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider as merchant of record. We do not see or store your card number.
- Aggregated analytics: basic, privacy-friendly page metrics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use & share data
We use data solely to operate and improve the service, communicate with you, and meet legal/tax obligations. We do not sell your data. We share it only with essential processors (email/delivery and our payment provider) under their own privacy terms.
4. Retention & deletion
We keep inquiry and service data only as long as needed for the engagement. You can request export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us; we honor it subject to records we must legally retain.
